Terms and Conditions

The follow terms are set by Merran Lusher (The Practitioner) and outline her terms of engagement, cancellation policy and privacy policy with you (The Client). By agreeing to a BodyTalk or Wellness Consultation with Merran Lusher, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Terms of Engagement:

• Medical Conditions and Medications: you must inform your practitioner, Merran Lusher of any medical diagnoses, medication and supplements that you are taking and disclose all relevant information applicable to your consultation and health status whilst receiving healthcare support.

• BodyTalk informed consent: I understand the BodyTalk session provided by Merran Lusher is intended to enhance relaxation, increase communication within areas of the body and to educate me about possible energetic, or emotional blocks that may create pain or disease. I acknowledge that BodyTalk is non-invasive, safe and objective and that it utilizes the body’s own innate intelligence to reestablish communication within itself.

Cancellation Policy:

In line with standard industry practice, Merran Lusher reserves the right to charge 100% of the full consultation fee in the event of missed appointments, late arrivals or cancellation within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment.

Privacy Policy:

I give permission for my practitioner to use this information for the purposes of improving my health and wellbeing. Merran Lusher will keep my information private and confidential and will not share it with any third party unless compelled to by law, or with my (The Client’s) consent.
